Special Event Waiver

1. Parental Supervision Required

This is not a drop-off event. All children must be accompanied and actively supervised at all times by the adult listed on the ticket.
Each Swiftie must attend with their own designated grown-up.

2. Liability Waiver

I release The Day Club, its organizers, venue partners, and collaborators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, including—but not limited to—injuries incurred while dancing, moving about the venue, or participating in event activities.

3. BYO Notice

This event is BYO-friendly for adults 21+. All beverages must be in lidded, non-glass containers. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own consumption and that of any guests in my party.

4. Photo Consent

A self-serve digital photo booth will be available. Adults must assist their Swifties, as a phone number is required to receive photos via text.
Photos may also be taken by The Day Club organizer and used for future promotional purposes. If I or anyone in my party prefers not to appear in any photos, I agree to notify staff at check-in.

5. Respecting the Space & Each Other

This event is held in a shared community venue. I agree to help maintain the space, clean up after myself/my party, and ensure respectful behavior throughout the evening.

6. Ticket Policy

I understand that all tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if I am unable to attend. Any transfer must be communicated in advance.
