Event Waiver

Participation & Liability:

I understand that this is a movement-based event and I am participating voluntarily.
I acknowledge that The Day Club, its organizers, partners, and the premises owner(s) are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or damages—including those resulting from the willful misconduct of other guests—that may occur during the event.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and assume all risks associated with attending and dancing at this event.

BYO Policy:

I understand that this is a BYO (Bring Your Own) event and all beverages must be consumed responsibly and in lidded, spill-proof containers.
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older, and I will not share alcoholic beverages with anyone under 21.

Venue & Access:

I understand that the event will be held on the second floor of FZ Works in Yardley, PA, and that stairs are required for entry.

Tickets & Refund Policy:

All tickets are non-refundable.
If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to another 21+ guest by notifying the organizers in advance.

Community Commitment:

The Day Club is an inclusive space. I agree to show up with kindness, respect, and an open mind.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to United We Dream, an organization supporting immigrant youth and families.
