Event Waiver

Participation & Liability:

I understand that this is a movement-based, dance-focused event and that my participation is voluntary.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and choose to assume any risks associated with attending and dancing at this event.
I acknowledge that The Day Club, its organizers, partners, DJ, and Ashlynn Distillery are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or damages that may occur during the event, including those resulting from the actions of other guests.

Alcohol Responsibility:

I understand that alcoholic beverages are included in this event and will be served by venue staff.
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older.
I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and understand that I am personally responsible for my behavior during and after the event.
I release and hold harmless The Day Club and its organizers from any liability arising from my consumption of alcohol at or after the event.

Venue & Access:

I understand the event will be held in the upstairs private room at Ashlynn Distillery in Morrisville, PA.
Elevator access is available.

Tickets & Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to another guest (21+) by notifying organizers in advance.

Community Commitment:

The Day Club is an inclusive, women-centered space. I agree to show up with kindness, respect, and consideration for others.
I understand that a portion of proceeds will be donated to People’s Action in support of their ICE-Out work.
