Event Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending The Day Club Pop-Up: Sip & Twirl Edition, you agree to the following:

Participation & Liability

I understand that this event includes music, dancing, food, beverages, and other social activities, and that participation in any activity is voluntary.

I acknowledge that I attend and participate at my own risk. I understand that The Day Club, its organizers, partners, vendors, DJ, photo booth provider, and Piccolo Trattoria are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, allergic reactions, loss or damage to personal property, or other damages that may occur during the event, including those resulting from the actions of other guests.

Food, Beverages & Alcohol

  • I understand that my ticket includes the food and beverage offerings described on the event ticket page.

  • I am responsible for making appropriate food and beverage choices based on my own dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions and for communicating any concerns directly to venue staff.

  • If I choose to consume alcohol, I agree to do so responsibly and understand that I am personally responsible for my behavior and transportation during and after the event.

  • I release and hold harmless The Day Club, its organizers, partners, vendors, DJ, photo booth provider, and Piccolo Trattoria from liability arising from my consumption of food, beverages, or alcohol at or after the event.

Tickets & Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to another guest by notifying The Day Club in advance.

Community Commitment

  • The Day Club is a welcoming, inclusive space centered around fun, music, connection, and community.

  • I agree to treat fellow guests, vendors, staff, venue personnel, and event organizers with kindness and respect.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used by The Day Club for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes.

By attending, I grant permission to appear in event photography or video unless I notify The Day Club in advance.
