Event Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending The Day Club Pop-Up: Summer Kickoff Edition, you agree to the following:

Participation & Liability

I understand that this is a movement-based, dance-focused event involving music, dancing, refreshments, and optional activities, and that participation is voluntary.

I certify that I (and any minor child(ren) attending under my ticket) are physically able to participate and choose to assume any risks associated with attending and participating in this event.

I acknowledge that The Day Club, its organizers, partners, vendors, DJ, and FZ Works are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, allergic reactions, loss of personal property, or damages that may occur during the event, including those resulting from the actions of other guests.

As the purchasing adult, I accept responsibility for the supervision, participation, and conduct of any minor child(ren) attending under my ticket.

BYO Food, Drinks & Alcohol Responsibility

I understand this is a BYO event.

Guests may bring their own snacks and beverages. Adult guests may bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in sealed or lidded containers only and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

I understand that summer-themed mocktails will be provided as part of the event experience.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any food or beverages that I bring or consume at the event, including monitoring ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions for myself and any minor child(ren) attending under my ticket.

If I choose to consume alcohol, I agree to do so responsibly and understand that I am personally responsible for my behavior during and after the event.

I release and hold harmless The Day Club, its organizers, partners, vendors, DJ, and FZ Works from any liability arising from my consumption of food, beverages, or alcohol at or after the event.

Venue Access

I understand that this event will be held on the second level of FZ Works and that access is by stairs only. No elevator access is available.

Tickets & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to another guest by notifying organizers in advance.

Community Commitment

The Day Club is a welcoming, inclusive space centered around fun, music, movement, and community.

I agree to show up with kindness, respect, and consideration for fellow guests, including participating adults, children, vendors, staff, and venue personnel.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used by The Day Club for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes.

By attending, I grant permission for myself and any minor child(ren) attending under my ticket to appear in event photography or video unless I notify organizers in advance.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above on behalf of myself and any minor child(ren) attending under my ticket.
